Dr. Nikki Korda, from St. Augustine, Florida, has called Panama City her home since 1984. She received both her bachelors and her veterinary degree from the University of Florida where she met her husband, Dr. Jeffrey Palgut.
They bought Callaway Animal Hospital in 1985 and have been practicing in the same location since then. When Dr. Korda isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and pets. She also loves camping, gardening, and photography.
Vanessa is a Panama City native who has been a part of the CAH family for over 10 years. She enjoys spending time with her Burmese Mountain dog, Rollo, and catering to her two cats. In her spare time, Vanessa loves being around her niece and basking in the beach town life.
Ashley French has lived in Panama City her whole life and started volunteering for CAH in 2007 while still in high school. In 2009 she transitioned from volunteer to veterinary technician and continues to grow in her position. Ashley has two Labradors, Roscoe and Rosie, and enjoys riding her motorcycle in her free time.
Lauri Tyeryar is a native Marylander that now calls the Florida panhandle home. Lauri has been a licensed veterinary technician since graduating in 2005. Her special interests include geriatric health maintenance, especially that of felines. She lives in Panama City Beach with her soulmate Mitch. Their “children” include a brown dog named Toast, Pepper the calico cat, Max the fat cat, and Squirrel the squirrely cat. She also is called “mom” by many neighborhood cats, but only at dinner time.
